Cancellation Policy
At Bohemia Beauty Boutique, we prioritize the experience our clients have at our salon. We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. However, we kindly request your understanding regarding the impact of last-minute cancellations or no-shows on our stylists and other clients.When a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment or cancels without sufficient notice, it not only results in our professionals losing the opportunity to fill that appointment time but also causes other clients on our waiting list to miss out on the opportunity to receive our services.
To ensure fairness and respect for both our stylists and clients, we have implemented the following policies, which will be strictly enforced:
24-Hour Notice: We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the vacant appointment time to another client who may be eager to avail our services.
Cancellation Fee: Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling, will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost and will be charged to the card on file .Although if you fail to let us know you cannot make your appointment you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, please note that arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time may require us to reschedule your service. This is to ensure that we can provide our clients with the exceptional quality of services they expect from us.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies. By doing so, you are not only showing respect for our stylists' valuable time, but also considering other clients who may benefit from the available appointment slots.
